WHO?
Zendiva
is a group of four women who play multiple acoustic and electric instruments:
bass, guitar, keyboard, flute, mandolin, djembes, bongo's and other
percussive instruments,
in a variety of rhythms and styles.
WHAT?
Zendiva
plays
originals by Barbara Caillagh, and 'diva-cizes' existing tunes of all
sorts. Zendiva's
music has a strong percussive drive and a recognizable Zendiva-sound
with beautiful vocal harmonies, creating a new genre of music:
funky, poetic
folk-jazz

Zendiva customizes
for events, conferences, weddings and parties, and has an interactive
musical program for children. |
